Guest getting error message

One of my guests is getting an error message whenever she tries to log in. I tried logging in on my phone and it worked and she’s using google chrome on her laptop. Any ideas on what the issue could be?

    Try another browser or trying using the telephone to connect. sometimes there is something about a specific computer's browser that interferes with a website.

    Lmao I'm sorry. I am only laughing at the fact that the error message literally that and so unhelpful.

    Are you 100% sure she is typing in the password correct? If so then try having her switch browsers or even incognito mode. No one else had problems?
