Does anyone have a guest list spreadsheet template that they love or recommend? Preferably one that tracks who we are giving a plus 1 to and tracks if the save the date was sent, wedding invitation sent, RSVP received, etc. If it helps/matters, this is for a destination wedding. Oh, FH found an amazing one. Its a google doc, which means I was able to copy it, then share the copy when the MOH asked me "who would you like invited to the wedding shower?" and just delete down, which gave her all the addresses, ect.

Its under Wedding: All-in-One Wedding Planner - Google Docs on google. You make a copy and save it to your google drive.

I'm using the WeddingWire guest list tool, but I also thought these were really helpful: http://apracticalwedding.com/spreadsheets/

WW and then exporting it to excel if I need to manipulate it. I like that I can run lots of reports and have all this information.

I did a spreadsheet on excel - I'm numbering the RSVP cards so I will be able to easily mark them off when they come in. (I have a column for last name and address - which I hid before capturing the screenshot for my guests' privacy) But this will also help with thank you cards. The WW website does the same thing! I find it a little more cumbersome to navigate than excel, but that's probably just because I'm in excel every day for work...

ETA: once I check the "yes" under RSVP it tabulates at the bottom the total number of guests vs. invited based on the second column/first column.

I input everything into weddingwire and the exported it to an excel spreadsheet when needed. The export lets you include or exclude what information/ columns you want. Plus, my guestlist is now accessible wherever I am at as long as I have internet. There have been plenty of times I have been away from home and needed to check an address change or something and have been able to do so through the WW app.

WW is very handy Smiley smile.

I moved the WW template over into a Google Spreadsheet so my mom and FMIL could edit and add. It has saved me hours of typing addresses!

    Hello!

I made my own using the base spreadsheet from WW, and added my own things to it. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Zg3FQjXcpG-EYGeWuTejEXtywdl0yYX-/view?usp=sharing
