Hi Abigail! As long as an address has been added in the correct field for each guest, you should see this information in your Guest List export report as well. If you are any having trouble, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Support Team at support@weddingwire.com and we would be happy to help!

Okay so I’ve been trying to figure out how to change the status of my guests to attending instead of pending? What am I doing wrong?

Hi Inessa! You can update the RSVP status of your guests by heading to your Guest List within your account at www.weddingwire.com and then clicking into the guest you would like to update. You should see a drop down option under the 'Attendance' section, this drop down will allow you to update your guests RSVP to attending or declined.

Just want to contribute my feedback on this topic... I'm in the same situation as the original poster. I had started my guest list in the old spreadsheet template and loved the ability to link names to households, upload addresses, etc. (this also worked amazingly well for printing my invitations/mail merge later). It is so time-consuming to manually enter addresses and link guests together. It basically defeats the point of making the spreadsheet in the first place. I'm not sure why it was decided to reduce the amount of info you could import via spreadsheet. Please bring the old format back! (Or make it an option up to the bride which version they'd like to use...)
