Hi Roxann!
You can use microsoft excel spreadsheet to input all your contacts or use the guest list tool here on wedding wire under the planning tools tab!

I use google sheets. There's an app for it, you can take it anywhere and you can share it with your FH or planner.

Hi Roxann,

You can export your guest list by going into your Guest List and clicking on Wedding and then click on Export which populates on the right hand side of the screen. You’ll then choose to either Download into an excel spreadsheet, or print it off.
