Guest Transportation - Need to Have or Nice to Have?

Nice to have if you’re a lot of guests are coming in from out of town, or you’re going somewhere for your wedding. However in my opinion guests are perfectly able to drive themselves unless they generally need the help. I’m lucky with my family because those that need help with driving other family members have offered to give them rides to and from our wedding

Most definitely not needed!!! We’re having everything in one place!!!

I would say it's definitely nice to have but not a necessity as long as your hotels / venue are decently close together.

Everything for us is about a 5-10 minute walk away so we opted to not book transportation, especially since the town we are in does have a cab service that people can call if they don't want to (or can't lol) walk from our reception to the hotel!

Nice to have, but so expensive where we are getting married. Instead we are going to offer like $10 or $15 on uber per guest through their events package, much cheaper and we only spend what the guests use!

Nice to have, but since our guests are coming from so many different areas on the day of, I doubt we can properly coordinate all their transportation

Nice to have for some folks. We have valet parking included with our venue, so shuttling is unnecessary.

Nice to have but definitely not necessary. It’s called Uber or drive yourself and drink responsibly lol

Nice to have...we are having it as the hotel that the majority of our guests (including us) will be staying at offers shuttle service to and from our venue; so why not. But it does depend on the circumstance of where you are having your wedding/reception.

Nice to have, but definitely not doable for us. The venue is about 45 minutes to an hour away and our guests don't really live close enough to each other for this to be an option.

We're eloping with just our photographer (who is also my bestfriend). So not a need for us.
