Guests won't Show up on Website

I have individually typed each member of a family under their own section in my guest list and when I type their names in the website only half will show up or one will be missing. Its all different, some work, some don't. This is completely frustrating. We just sent out our invites and people will not even be able to RSVP properly. The support team won't respond for up to 48 hours to my email and I cannot afford to wait that long. Does anyone else have experience with this? If I can switch to the Knot with my domain I will. This is not acceptable.

    We had this issue the other day when we put in everyone's names. For us, it took a few minutes to half hour after we put the names in for the names to show up. We think it was a little lag from adding our entire guest list in at once and the website needed time to catch up.

    I hope this is the case for you or the Tech Support answers sooner than later!

    It does take a few minutes. I would wait had a hour. Also do it by computer not cellphone.

    Did you ever get a resolution for this mine are doing the same thing we put our guests in when we sent out save the dates months ago but now when i go to my wedding website and type in their names it doesn't bring them up and just keeps saying "0 results found for this guest" or something like that..
