Ugh I had this happen two weeks before my wedding! My hair stylist could no longer make it, and I had two weeks to find a replacement. I found a new one within two days in a Facebook group for local weddings. Search for Facebook groups named sometimes along the lines of, "[city/area name] brides" or "[city/area name] weddings", and put a post with your wedding date, budget, and what you're looking for. You should get replies from available vendors. Good luck!

Lots of couples go to their own barbers and hair salons on their wedding day(s). Many salons have an in-house makeup artist, and it is best to book as early as possible. Let any persons in the wedding party take care of their own appointments, they will understand.

If your HMUA didn't cancel due to some kind of personality conflict between you both, you could ask her if she has any recommendations. Some of your other vendors may be able to recommend someone as well.
