WeddingWire has a vendor tab, where you can reach out to hair/makeup artists directly. Check out vendors by navigating to the Vendor tab, and filtering by Beauty & Health. Also check out Facebook groups for local weddings (search Facebook groups for "[city/area name] weddings" or "[city/area name] brides").

Do a search on Instagram and GoogleMaps for your area and look for wedding hairstylists/makeup artists there. Most beauty vendors only offer their personal expertise. A hairstylist will often not do makeup or manicures but they can give you referrals.
