Hair and makeup!!!!! Small town problems

For hair and makeup ideas you-tube has helped me tremendously with DIY videos and how to videos. Find some ideas you like and share them with your bridesmaids to see what they think. Brainstorm with your girls about hair ideas. I talked to my girls and asked them about there thoughts for hair. I was originally going to let them all wear their hair in whatever style they liked but they all unanimously chose to wear sleek ponytails for my big day. So my suggestion is just talk it out.

Cosmetologist here 👋🏻 Me personally, I will be doing my own hair and makeup and I only have two bridesmaids, I’ll be creating a Pinterest board with them and anytime we get together we talk about what they want and how to achieve that. I will show them how to effortlessly do their hair while doing their makeup. One thing I found super convenient is curling your hair, pinning it in the curls, letting them cool and doing your makeup while the curls set. It’s super easy and fun because you can help each other and bond.

I'm gonna have to look how to do this guess some DIY youtube'n . Since your a cosmetologist how would a customer approach you about doing a trial run to see if they like it? Like i said i live in a small town and dont want to burn any bridges or be rude by asking.

We’re pretty flexible on times and dates as long as we have plenty of time in advance. I’m actually doing a wedding in May for my friend Maria. I’ve known her and her family for more 15+ years and she reached out to me. We have a trial next month and we’ll be doing one more around March seeing as her wedding is in May.

Hey hun. Since I am going abroad I am meeting with an MUA to have hr teach me to do my make up for the day so you could do that. One day when getting my hair done I may ask my stylist to show me a simple loose curl look that I want to achieve for my veil. I agree with the DIY. I think leave it up to the ladies of how they get their hair done. If you want a certain style you can communicate that but maybe let them go where they want. I am African-American and I am often to only black bridesmaid so I have my stylist touch my hair as they know how to handle it and do it right lol.
