Hair and makeup

I am paying my friend $75 for doing my hair and helping with a few other minor hair/makeup things. She isn't a HMUA, so I feel comfortable with that number, especially since at first we were thinking $50 lol.

I did my own makeup so I'm not sure on that.

But for hair I paid $150 (which included her fee for traveling to the venue) and tipped her an extra $20. She did my trial for free which was super generous so I tipped her $30 for that.

I would research average cost in your area and pay at least half. Even if she’s not pro, she’s still doing the work. My regular stylist is only doing my hair for $30(but I’m giving her a huge tip because I looove her!) and bridal makeup will be $75, also mom’s updo will be $70.

I would do some research in your area because it varies. I paid $450 which included my hair and make up for the wedding day, my hair and make up for the trial and my daughters hair for the wedding day plus tips

My trial was $80, and the day of was $240. Travel was $40.

I paid $145 for my HMU trial and will pay $145 for my day of HMU. I also have to pay a travel fee of $98. But it really depends on your area.

I HIGHLY recommend having both parties sign a contract about pricing, services, and timing
