Hair and Makeup

If you can afford it that would be nice. Otherwise make it optional and let the girls know how much it will be and they can decide if they would like to pay or not.

If you can, that's great! If not, 100% no. If you require a certain look/style or you require them to get it done professionally, then you should pay for it for sure. If you let them do what they want and make it optional, they can pay for it.

Hey there, Myra! As the PPs mentioned, the rule of thumb is if you are asking them to do something specific with their hair or makeup, you would consider the cost. If not, you’re not obligated to pay. Hope this makes sense!

Have you booked a hair and makeup artist yet?

I don't think you need to pay for theirs if it's not in your budget! If everyone's getting ready together, it will be fun to play some music and do hair and makeup. If one or two of your bridesmaids are better at doing hair/makeup than others, maybe ask them if they wouldn't mind helping out the other girls! We all have some friends who are great at hair/makeup and some that need a little help lol. At least my friends who aren't great at it always love when I help them with their makeup
