Hair and nail schedule ?

I’m the MOH at my best friends wedding but her bridal shower is August 7th at 3 PM. We were going get our nails done Thursday to accommodate the rest of the bridal party but it looks like it’s just going to be us. So we were thinking of going this evening. Will acrylics and gel pedis still look ok for a Sunday shower ?

Of course. It’s usually a week or so before the nails stop looking as fresh. I think from Thursday to Sunday you’ll be fine.

My nails usually last three weeks between with acrylic and gel polish.

A good nail artist will be able to get close enough to your cuticles that they shouldn't look grown out within a week. Nearer 2 weeks, sure but a week should be fine.
To keep your skin looking tip-top invest in some cuticle oil (its not expensive! Around £7 here in the UK) and apply around your nails twice a day. Moisturise regularly and your manicure will still look perfect in a weeks time
