Hair and tiara with a queen Anne neckline? Help!

Hi there.

I'm really stressing about how I should wear my hair with my dress. I don't want them clashing! My dress has a queen Anne neckline that is lace, lace bodice (with pearls and rhinestones) and ball gown skirt. I have a plain cathedral length veil for the ceremony. I'd like to have my hair like this (with the tiara, but not the same one)

I'd like to also wear a tiara if possible. The capped detailed sleeves worry me that I'll look too busy and end up looking tacky. These are some tiaras I was thinking of

    I feel like doing a smaller more delicate tiara would look nice. The 2nd option is pretty but seems a little large Hair and tiara with a queen Anne neckline? Help! 1

    I like the hairstyle you posted about! I think the 3rd Etsy headpiece option you listed wouldn't clash with the dress

    I think the hair style you have would be perfect for your dress. Go with the other ladies but I am partial to #2 for the tiara. #3 I prefer to #1 if you want to keep it more simple. Have you by chance seen a tiara with cathedral veil? I think your plan would look good with the dress. Smiley smile

    I ended up going with tiara #2. I tried looking at smaller ones like the other girls suggested but just like when I picked my dress I had that knowing feeling in my gut that nothing else would be as good. So I went for it. I might have to alter my hair a little bit to make it all flow better. What do you think?


    I looked up photos like you suggested and again I loved the look of the slightly bigger tiaras with the long veil. It looks so romantic and elegant

    Girl yes it's your wedding day. Go a little bit more elegant and extravagant. I personally don't think you would need to change your hair but I will suggest that you bring it with you when you go for your hair trial and just double check. I think the second one still has a nice Touch of Elegance without being too much. I love the second Tiara best and I think that the hairstyle you are choosing will go nicely with it and then we'll have a nice dramatic flare up the veil. I think you will look very lovely. Day.
