Hair extension recommendation

Brooke , on January 18, 2017 at 9:23 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 11

I'm first going to apologize for my abundance of posts this week-- I've been trying to knock some things out! I haven't officially hired a.hairstylist yet. But I am wanting to do clip in hair extensions for the big day. Does anyone have any recommendations of good ones?

My hairdresser told me I needed clip in extensions to get the look I wanted. (I just wanted my hair down, very beautifully curled, and pulled back with a jeweled clip on one side. She suggested going to Sallys Beauty Supply and buying real human hair extensions to match my hair color. So I did, it was about $90 I think. We did a trial run where she put them in my hair and curled my hair and pulled it back the way I wanted. You literally couldn't tell that it wasn't my hair. It looked absolutely gorgeous. I was blown away. After the wedding, I stored them in this zipper bag that came with them. I can use them again for special occasions or even everyday if I wanted.

Your hair dresser should be able to recommend a great quality without spending a arm & a leg

I have a set of Luxy hair extensions and I love them, they blend in well with your own hair. And theres a sample strand in front you can look at when you first get it, as long as you don't open the whole box you can send it back and exchange it if that's not the right color for you. It was somewhere around 100-150 for a pretty good amount of clip ins.

My hairdresser recommended the Euronext clip in extentions from sally beauty supply. They were quite expensive ($180) but I think they're totally worth it. There are often coupons on retailmenot. I had my trial and loved how they looked. I got them to add volume to my updo

Bellami is my favorite. I used to have them years ago and they were good. A close friend of mine is literally hooked after I introduced her to the brand.

the only thing is - they are not really that cheap so if you just want them for one day, I m sure you can find other alternatives that will look great on you.

Edit: Someone suggested and she is right - your hair stylist should be able to resolve this for you.

I just looked on the bag mine are stored in and it says Hair 2 Wear on the outside. I think that's the brand.

I got tressmatch off amazon, think they were $70. Both my hairdresser and hair/makeup artist have commented on the quality of them so I'd say they were a good but so far. I did have to get them blended in by my,hairdresser though due to the length difference
