Prenatal vitamins or the hair skin and nails that are right next to them. My hairdresser also recommends brushing especially at the scalp to stimulate folicles.

I have noticed when I brush my hair religiously it grows faster! Try taking some Tim to just brush your hair for a good amount of time a day!
