Beautiful! I am doing half up half down because I like the look better on myself. I’m getting married in august

I did half up half down and my wedding was June this year. I did that because that's what looked good on me so definitely try both hair styles during different trials so you can see what you like better on you. However something my bridesmaids came up with because I did want both was to do updo for ceremony and then down for reception so you could ideally consider doing both

I love half down myself but if you want something more formal you can do the pretty updo. Either way you can’t go wrong. I ask my sister, who’s a hairdresser, about the updo for ceremony and down for reception and she said it’s not the best route since both styles are secured and created differently.
