I set up my wedding party hair & makeup at a salon that doesn’t advertise weddings but offers this service. When I set things up they told me I could reach out later on to schedule my trials. We’re one month out and I’ve tried to do this three times (weeks in between each time) with no response. Anyone else having communication issues with vendors and how did you handle it? I’m completely set for the day of, but really want to get my trials on the calendar, but also don’t want to bug them and seem like a crazy person when they’ve told me they would call/text back and never do. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

Can you stop into the salon to talk to them? It may be easier to get a reply from them when you're there in person.

The salon is more of a booth rental for stylists so they don’t have set hours or a receptionist unfortunately, otherwise that’s a great suggestion. Thank you!!
