I have a budget of about $700 for hair and makeup for me and two bridesmaids and then just hair for one bridesmaid. And the two places I found that fit my budget don't have stylist available for my date. Is my budget too small? Does anyone know of a salon or a freelancer in the Havre de grace, MD area that I can contact?

Try thumbtack I found a ton on there and you can absolutely get someone with that price range. Or search on facebook too.
I also looked at hash tags on instagram (example: Rhodeislandmakeup) , but if you do this too much you might have a couple hour block (it happened to me) lmao

Yes agree with all of this. Also if you have any local wedding Facebook pages (ABC area wedding resale) or something similar look on there for makeup artists or post what you're looking for.

I’m sorry that the salon that you found doesn’t have a stylist available for your date. You will find somewhere else, so don’t worry!
Have you looked into the WeddingWire vendor search for makeup artists and hair stylists? You may find some in your area with your date available! Here are the Maryland Wedding Hair & Makeup stylists that are listed.
