Hi! I’m a cosmetologist, and honestly yes, curly hair no matter what will take a long time if you don’t wear it natural.. but I definitely think if you like the looks you posted, find a good stylist who’s willing to straighten your hair and give you what you’d like no matter the length of time! I’m sure anyway you choose you’ll look gorgeous, good luck!

I like the top one! But then again my hair IS knee length! Lol, and I wear it in a 1/2 French twist/bun thing w/hair down lol

I like hair down - but I am choosing to do half up/half down because I definitely want the hair away from my face and don't want to be moving it around all day.

I love your updo
I keep going back and forth. I like my hair down/or half up, but FH loves it up and up will look great with my dress. You just pushed me farther in the updo category

What is the cut of your dress? That usually helps determine hair up or down.

Thank you. I wanted it down but I know it won't last it it's down. It may be tooo hot for hair down. I spoke with the hairdresser and created this. I love it. The braid will be more defined on the actual day. I am excited.
