Hey, ladies! I'm looking at hairdos for my October wedding, and I'm STUCK! My dress has an illusion neckline, and I have no idea if hair up or down would look better. What are you all doing?

What does the back of your dress look like? Is it really detailed and something you wouldn't want to cover up? How do you normally wear your hair?
My first dress had a very detailed back, but I still would've worn my hair down just because I NEVER wear my hair up. My new dress is open down to where my hair ends anyways, so I'm doing a half up half down style

I did half up half down because it’s my favorite hairstyle regardless of my dress. You’re going to have 1,000 pictures of yourself so choose something you feel comfortable in.

I did half up half down. But I tried up and updo didn't work on me. But I did consider doing updo for ceremony and down for reception so you can maybe think of doing both

I did half up/half down for the ceremony and formal photos then once I changed into my reception dress I put it up.
