Hair: up or down?

I would personally wear it up to show off the back. Maybe you can find an updo that you would be comfortable trying. If you can't find anything or don't care to, then nothing wrong with wearing it down. You should do whichever would make you more comfortable on your day.

Def wanna show off that dress. What about down, over one shoulder? I feel the same way about needing my hair down, so that’s my go to style lol

Wear your hair the way you like it the best! My dress has very interesting back as well, but I love wearing my hair down. So I’ll do side swept hairstyle, where one side will be pinned up & swept to the other side. This way you can show off the back of the dress & wear your hair down!

I have the same issue since my dress has a back like that too. so my MOH thought of me starting off at my ceremony with up and then for reception letting it down. but then i just felt like down was so much better so i just ended up doing half down half up.

I would wear it up!

The dress is beautiful and I would wear it up to show off the beautiful back. Or you could do it up for the ceremony and then pull some of it down for the reception....I’ve seen a few brides do that for two different looks.

I would wear my hair up to show off the back of that dress. It’s a gorgeous dress. Or you could wear you hair down, as someone else suggested, and over one shoulder. 💕

I would definitely wear it up. For what it's worth, I also prefer my hair down, but I decided to try an updo with my stylist for my trial and it looked BEAUTIFUL. I'm obsessed with it. A good stylist will make you feel so pretty with an updo!!

Do trials! Whether you are working with a stylist, friend, or doing it yourself practice!! See what you like and what suits you!
I like what someone else mentioned with an over one shoulder style. That might be a good compromise. I think that dress would be lovely with a wavy-beachy down hairstyle, but if showing off the back is important to you, then show it off.

I am wearing an open back dress and plan to have my hair up to show it off. I typically don’t have my hair up, but I feel like it would be more special since its not my typical look.

I have the same issue! I have a keyhole back on my dress but i hate how I look with my hair up. I am going to try a loose intricate braid during my hair trial so it's sort of up but also doesn't feel like an "up-do". Even if you have your hair down, you'll still be able to show of your dress it's beautiful!

I have this same dress! I love it the back is just stunning. If you don’t want to wear your hair up completely you could do it off to one side, that’s what I plan to do.
