Half bridal party professional makeup half not

Does anyone have any pictures of their bridal party that only half went with getting their makeup done? I am paying for everyone’s hair and just can’t stretch the makeup too. So half the girls will pay for the makeup and the other half will not. (Partial rant) they haven’t had to pay for much, the dresses were $70 and two of the three aren’t going on the Bach party. Long story short I refuse to be the crazy bride that forces someone to pay for makeup, but has anyone else had only half the bridal party get makeup done? I’m worried it’s going to look bad.

One of my girls had hers professionally done and the other three just went with their own make up and I just say the three that did their own, it does feel their make up was a lot less heavy than the professional one

Honestly I would not worry because the focus won't be on them and no one would notice unless you say so. Honestly I would not pay to get make up done when I was a bridesmaid because I felt the attention won't be on me rather the bride. Only twice I paid for professional make up. Sorry to say but regardless of how little they spent how they choose to spend their money is their decision and how much make up artists charge if I had a decision I would save my money and do my own make up too. No disrespect but wanted to make you see the other side of things.

I’m doing the exact same thing paying for hair but not makeup. So far only my sister whose the MOH is going to get hers done. I hope it doesn’t stand out!

I really don’t think you can tell, and if you can I really don’t care! One of my bridesmaids is a professional makeup artist, she did her own makeup plus 2 of my other bridesmaids, but one of them that she did asked her specifically to go light on it. Other bridesmaid did her own makeup, as did I!

I can’t really tell from the pictures either. Really eases my nerves thank god! This was the first time i started to actually panic in the year I’ve been planning my wedding.

I'm the opposite! I'm paying for make-up but not hair! My hair is so ridiculously short post-chemo that I can't feasibly pay the $150+ people want to charge for a "bridal up-do"! I have two bridesmaids with ridiculously short hair like mine and two that have mid-back length hair. The girls with longer hair are comfortable doing their own, so I'm having them do that.

Aw yeah don’t worry about it! In a closeup you may have been able to see the difference but there really won’t be any closeups where you can see all your bridesmaids’ faces comparatively lol, you know? Just not worth stressing about
