Hand-Cancelling Envelopes in Los Angeles?

Hand cancelling when you mail them, doesn't prevent them from going through the machines at every destination between you and the final address. If they are that important to you, put them in a bubble wrap envelope.

No idea about your specific area--I'm in Atlanta and only a couple usps offices across the metro area will still hand cancel. They are both in more affluent areas in offices that aren't particularly busy. I'd check some local wedding groups on social media for reccomendations. I think in my group someone called them "bride friendly post offices"

Our local PO hand cancels and stamps "non-machinable" on them so they don't go through any machines.

And we live in bufu, so I'd imagine bigger cities do too, no?

Not in Cali but I couldn't find one in Seattle and the post offices I went to insisted to me I wouldn't find one. I didn't have a single issue though with my invitations and they were big, square, oversized, lumpy...all nonstandard things that just add on to the costs.
