Hand-lettering invites

It's nice, but I'm not crazy about it. Something about the spacing looks off. Would you be up for using similar fonts and printing directly on the envelope?

Your handwriting is 100x better than mine, so I really can't judge!

Honestly I never even pay attention to how envelopes are addressed. I probably would think "oh must be the invite to so-and-sos wedding -throw envelope away-" anyone who does look into it and think you should have printed or done professionally will soon forget. Depends how important it is to you I guess. I'll probably be hand addressing all mine as well because 1. I'm not paying for it 2. I don't care

I think it looks good! I did mine by hand as well and got pretty good feedback on them. In hindsight I wish that I had done printed labels because it took a while and my hand got pretty sore lol. But if you're set on doing it I say go for it.

It's really nice but have you tried to see how it looks if you center it? At the end of the day it'll get tossed but just my opinion.

Have you thought about printing on the envelopes? They have a ton of free nice calligraphy style fonts on dafont.com

I think they look great honestly. I'm using my Cricut to address mine, but honestly I'm sure no one will even notice lol.

I am hand-writing mine. It's a slow process, and my hand hurts, and actually no one will care as much as you do, but go for it anyways. You'll be pretty proud of yourself once you're done.

I think it looks great, but it might be too much effort for something that will just be thrown out.

I really don't pay attention to the way something is addressed.

Looks good! I did my own in just regular printing. I made sure they were spaced evenly and all that, but just all caps for everything. I got a couple compliments, but nothing else for the most part. I have received several wedding invites in the past year and could not tell you how any of them were addressed on the outside envelope haha

I think they look great! I agree with centering the text, but I think handwriting the envelopes is a really nice touch, and your handwriting is very nice.

I think they look great. Also, I love love love the Friends references so much!! I think I've gotten something with a printed address or label maybe once (that wasn't from the bank,work, etc) and though wow, what else could they have spent that money on?? Hand address them for sure!

This sounds bad but I typically don't notice. I just glance at the envelope to make sure it's addressed to me before I open it

I agree the spacing is a little wide between letters but your handwriting is very neat and consistent so I think you should go for it! Maybe try centering it on the front and putting your return address on the back?

To be honest, regardless of how nice your handwriting is, I'm going to rip the envelope open and throw it away. Very few people are going to appreciate the effort you put into this

I NEVER look at the envelope and thinks "this is so messy and terrible" I might see it and say "oh nice" but it then goes into the trash.
