My partner and I are hosting a less traditional wedding (no wedding party, no wedding rings) but we love the idea of including a traditional handfasting ceremony. The focus of our wedding is not so much on us (we've been together 10+ years so this is not a big change) but on our dearest friends & family. I'd love to find some way to incorporate all of our guests (40-45) in this wrapping of the cords but unsure on how to best make that happen? Has anyone ever done something like that before? Or have any ideas in how to make that work? Thanks in advance!
