Hangover kit bags - one per person or per bag?

Felicia, on June 9, 2021 at 7:38 AM Posted in Planning 0 7
Hey everybody! I’m in the process of making mini hangover kit bags for my hotel room block guests. One bag will contain one of the following items: packet of Advil, emergenc packet, tic-tac packet, mini makeup wipe, shout packet, antacid packet.

Do I put two packets per bag? Or one? I don’t think the hotel will differentiate between couples and singles so essentially singles would get welcome bags equipped for two people if I doubled it up. Confused! Lol

I'd do one per person. What if you asked the hotel if they can hand them out at check in to each of your guests.

I'd also do one per person. If the hotel is able to hand them to guests at check-in, you could always have the kits in a separate bag. When the guest(s) check in, the employee can grab however many bags are needed for the guest(s) checking in at that time.

Ex: Couple checks in and are sharing a room with 2 other people. Employee puts 4 kits in their welcome bag. One person checks in and is rooming alone, employee puts 1 kit in the welcome bag.

I have a hotel welcome bag with the hangover kit and I just doubled up on everything to make sure everyone was covered.

I'm wondering if it makes more sense to create one bag per person so every person that checks in gets a bag instead of one bag per room (which is what I've received when attending previous weddings)

My hotel mentioned that they won't be allowed to assemble anything Smiley sad I think I'll just create one bag per guest instead of one bag per room.

    Thank you for your help!

I'm doing one bag per room and just doubling up the items. If a single gets a bag with double the items, good for them! I just think it's easier and more efficient that way.. and the impact on the guests wouldn't change, they'll be happy either way. Also depending on your hotel they may charge PER BAG so that's something to also think about.
