Has anyone gotten married in Destin on a park permit?

I got engaged on Halloween and we are wanting to have our wedding on the beach in Destin, FL. if you’ve had your wedding there through obtaining a park permit, let me know any tips you have and how it went for y’all! Thank you

    I was searching online for information and found this on the City of Destin official website. It advises that permits are only available for The Shore at Crystal Beach Park and June White Decker Beach Park. There is also some contact information if you need to speak with someone!

    Since I don’t live in Florida, I hired a wedding planner and she is obtaining the beach permit for me. We are getting married at James Lee Park beach.
