I'm afraid I searched through the community and couldn't find any discussions about custommade.com.
Perhaps you could ask them for some testimonials or direct you where to find previous customer reviews? I'm sorry I can't provide any more guidance.

I think I'm going to go with them! I love what they have sketched for me as a proposed design. I will report back so others know how it went.

Hey all! I signed up to this website because I too was looking for anyone about CustomMade.com


My bf and I went ahead and got the 3D mock up of the ring for the down payment of $100 (included in the pricing of the final product)
So far they have been very patient with all the chances and customizations! I’ll do my best to update what we end up doing about the ring later. But I can at least tell you I am in LOVE with the 3D design so far. It’s literally my dream ring come true!

I used custom-made when we got married in 2018 and they were phenomenal! The ring was exact what I had envisioned and their planning process was excellent! They are super responsive and allow you to give any and all opinion and change to the very end! I loved them so much, I had them make a set of matching earrings recently that came out great as well. We plan on making more matching jewelry to leave to our girls, and consider these the beginning of the family jewels

I know I am a bit late to post, but I read this thread in November 2020 when I was thinking about using Custom Made for my rings. I wanted to post this review to help anyone who needs to know for the future. This is my true experience:

I have so many good things to say about Custom Made. They were professional and courteous every step of the way. We made our engagement ring and both wedding bands through this company. My fiance began designing my engagement ring on his own, and then decided to be a bit more untraditional and include me in the design process. Even though this meant my ring was not a surprise, I am glad he did include me because we had so much fun designing the ring together. Every staff person we interacted with was so helpful, understanding and professional. I must admit, I was a bit skeptical about buying expensive jewelry online from a retailer we had never seen or even heard of before. I had them send the wedding band alone first before committing to the other pieces. I had the jewelry appraised by multiple jewelry experts who said the ring was good quality. My fiance's wedding band was the wrong size (it was the size we ordered, but it didn't fit him) so we sent it back. They were so helpful in the process of remaking his ring. I love my rings. They mean a lot to me. The only negative thing I have noticed so far is the details in the 3-D sculpture work. The roses and angel designs we had included are more flat than I expected, and it is hard to tell what they are. Even though I am glad they are part of the ring, I am tired of other people asking me "what is that supposed to be?" Therefore, I was a bit disappointed in the price I paid since the details fell a little flat. Overall, I am optimistic that the quality will hold up throughout the years. I love all of our rings. They are very sentimental and mean a lot t o both of us. I would recommend Custom Made to others looking for a unique ring.

Hi Meaghan. I would love to know how your ring came out. I know this was a year ago, but I am just beginning working with custom-made.com. Do you have an update?

I am in the middle of my design process as well on CustomMade.com. I have already sent my $100 deposit. Took me a year to do though due to being so scared it was a scam lol. So far they have sent me my first 3D rendered design and I am currently waiting for the changes I requested to come back in a brand new 3D design. They said it would take up to 1-2 business days to get a new design. They're really responsive (like sometimes only minuets later) and professional AND even reply on weekends! (sunday included). I attached what my revisions are going to be to the ring to this comment to help people get a better idea of how it goes.

I'll keep my journey updated though in case this all turns out to be a to-good-to-be-true kind of thing. So far, I am having THE best time designing my ring (just a personal ring. not engagement)

So I just went through this process with them. I found them online, and I was pretty skeptical at first too, because nowadays you just never know with online stuff. But I took the leap of faith and started the process. I told them I wanted something either sterling silver or white gold, with the specifications of having opals and white sapphire to match my engagement ring. I told them "I don't know what will look good, here's a picture of my engagement ring, I just want something that flows, and I need it by the end of August" (I'm getting married September 2nd, having my wedding next September). They quite literally knocked it out of the park. They have me a couple of ideas, gave me some advice as far as stone choices, and were very clear on what my expectations should be (I never knew opal was so fragile, but I love it so I went with it anyways 🤷‍♀️). I gave them my deposit and the first half of my payment. We got to the molding part. They told me my wait time, and when I should expect a finished product. There was actually a problem with casting, and instead of sending me something less than perfect, they messaged me immediately to let me know what was up, and promised I would still have my piece in plenty of time. Last week, July 19th, they told me my piece was finished and ready to go, and they would ship as soon as they received the final payment. I paid the final payment that day, and I'm not even joking, my piece came in by Wednesday, July 21st. And it is STUNNING. The fit is perfect (they sent me a complimentary sizing kit which didn't delay the process at all) and they fit true to that sizing kit. This piece is everything I ever hoped for. And when I go to upgrade my engagement ring (it's sterling silver right now, so I'd like to eventually upgrade it to protect the longevity) I will DEFINITELY use them again. I don't ever want to use another Jeweler. Please take the chance on them, they are worth it.

I recently used to custommade.com to create a meaningful engagement ring. I too was skeptical at first but this company is legit. I couldn't be happier with the ring I got from them. Their team helped me decide every little thing along the way and was extremely responsive and professional throughout our interactions. I 100% recommend them to get whatever ring you want, not that generic, not quite sentimental stuff you find anywhere else. I hope they can help you create the ring you're looking for.

I worked with CustomMade through the design and then had made a 10-year anniversary ring for my wife, which I received and gave her at the start of this month (July 2021.) Start to finish, the whole process was very good. I had a couple of designs I'd made up and their designers worked with those (and introduced a bit of reality: I'm not a jewelry designer, and I see now why one of my designs, in particular, wouldn't have worked at all how I thought.) I was nervous both with the deposit and the 50% down to secure the center diamond, and I was again nervous when I gave the go-ahead on the final design, but the ring that arrived was perfect. (And it was not a box full of pebbles, it didn't look like a carnival prize, or any other horror story you might imagine.) All in all, from first contact to receiving the ring was probably... 6 weeks? Fast, I think, for everything that went into it.

My wife loves it, and she especially loves that I put the amount of time and thought into it that I did (for all you prospective buyers.) She's gotten a couple of literal/actual "OMG"'s from her friends. So, success.

If I had to come up with some critiques to make this "balanced," I'd say that the designers were almost too nice. I kept expecting to get pushback or critical suggestions, and without that I sometimes felt like I (again, not a jewelry designer) was being allowed to make a huge mistake. Turns out the ring was beautiful, so that wasn't the case.

I'd give them a 9.5/10 or 9.75/10, or just "5 stars."

I had my ring for my fiance designed by custommade. Every step of the process from the initial design, 3D rendering, artist conception, diamond selection and more was very comfortable. They were extremely responsive, like sometimes within minutes, very friendly, very knowledgeable, and really put me at ease with the fact that I was about to spend a whole bunch of money without holding something in my hand. The ring set is absolutely stunning, and my fiance is over the moon happy with it
