Has anyone had a ring made by custommade.com

I'm a new Marine that's in NC. Over the course of about two months I worked with them to design a ring for my girlfriend. It only took that long because I got swamped with homework and would forget to reply for a few days at a time. They would get back to me usually in a few hours and they were very fast, knowledgeable and talented on all of their processes and made it extremely easy for me. They were quick in their work as well.


They first make a sketch of the ring and you can change and alter it as much as you'd like until you think it's perfect. You can also give them a Pinterest page of the rings if the person the ring is for has one.

Next they do a 3d rendition of the ring for you to better visualize the ring. then they make it, and they tell you and provide pictures about the process and let you know when it'll arrive.
I graduate my MOS school next week on August 3rd, and I'm hoping I'll be able to go home and propose a few weeks after. The ring came out beautiful and while I was worried about it being a scam or untrustworthy, I had a good feeling about it and it worked out great. I highly, highly recommend custommade.com to anyone looking for custom made jewelry. They did fantastic on my ring, I know theyll go above and beyond for yours.

I got my wife's engagement ring through CustomMade and it was a fantastic experience. It's an easy way to truly customize the ring for your significant other. I got mountains molded into the crown as a symbol of the first time we hung out/kissed.

The staff is responsive literally caters to your every whim when it comes to making everything perfect. They also help walk you through the process of selecting your gems (in my case, Diamonds). They're great at giving updates as your project moves along.

They're also really reasonably priced for what your getting. I ended up selecting a lab grown diamond for cost efficiency, but you would never know the difference. I am beyond happy with my finished project. From my experience, I can't imagine having gotten a ring from anywhere else.

Hello! My name is Matt and I have used Custom-made to design my engagement ring for my now official fiancé! Let me be the first to tell you that I was just as skeptical as you when I first stumbled on the website, but when I began the process, the staff was excellent at communicating and answering any questions I had, and they took into account everything that I said I wanted on my piece. My fiancé’s favorite place is Disneyland, so the folks over at Custom-made put a little Mickey Mouse head as an accent piece. Throughout the process, the staff kept me updated on everything that I needed to do, and was in constant contact with me other than the days they aren't available (understandable). They were transparent with me and explained everything thoroughly that I was confused about. One of my favorite things about using them was their energy levels. Even being over computer messaging and not in person, it's a super exciting process. When I got the notification that the ring was shipped, I was once again nervous. I wasn’t sure if the shipping company was going to handle my piece with care, and I also wasn’t entirely sure the ring was going to make it to my house in time before my planned proposal date. But rest assured, the ring was shipped in a single day! When the piece arrived, I immediately opened it without hesitation to find that the packing was awesome as well! I came to find that my package was EXTREMELY well protected by many layers, and if anything were to even happen during its shipping process, it’s pretty unlikely it would result in any damage. To make a long story short, Custom-made is a professional, well-grounded group of people who aspire to be the best at providing excellent service AND product. If you don’t use Custom-made for your piece, you are absolutely missing out on a much more fun, creative, and intimate process that comes truly from your own heart and imagination. I just got my ring from them. Its gorgeous. My woman is gonna flip. Their customer service was so great and I couldnt be more thrilled with the craftsmanship. From start to finish, this company has been amazing and I highly recommend.

My wife and I worked with them to create a replacement wedding band for her, something that we've been meaning to do for a long while but kind of balked at doing because it seemed like a pretty daunting process. I finally bit the bullet and did some searching for a company that makes custom rings, and CustomMade was the one I landed on after looking at some of their photos.

I am thoroughly glad I did. Not only did they nail the concept we had in mind, but a one-off mention of a family emblem we have led to them incorporating the emblem into the ring design in and it just looked fantastic. The entire process was pretty easy and my wife adores the ring. I couldn't recommend them more. I'm including a couple of photos so you can see the finished product. It's white gold, with a diamond center stone flanked by alexandrite and sapphire (our kids' birth stones; mine happens to be diamond, so it worked out).

We're actually about to start working on another ring with them, getting a new wedding ring for me to match my wife's. So you could definitely say we had an excellent experience.

They made the process super easy and were so willing to work with me on the designs (I had nerdy rings made, so the details were very important, and they were spot on with anything I needed). Very quick response time, too! Very up front with the estimates, and didn't get sidelined by any hidden/add-on fees. $100 deposit, and the best customer service ever. They are very experienced in their field and will always use them for any custom jewelry needs.

Recently designed and purchased on custom made and it was a seamless, exciting and invigorating process. All of my questions were answered, suggestions considered and ideas tried. I felt like I had complete control of the design process and the custom made team always responded promptly and had suggestions and recommendations that only complimented and magnified the ideas I had. And even better, our special piece was delivered ahead of schedule. I am perfectly happy and highly recommend!

I had a great experience CustomMade. I was impressed at the level of communication - every point of contact between me and the consultant, design lead and production lead was amazing, the hand offs were very smooth. I also was worried about having a ring made without being there in person because having a custom made ring is not inexpensive, but I didn't feel it was over the top either. They provide a proposal with a price, as well as alternative options at different price points, before they move to production so there is no surprise. There was always someone there to answer every single question and I had many (many...many) but never made to feel like I was being extra and all communications were turned around in a day or less (sometimes minutes). The IM portal, which also goes to email, makes communication easy and keeps all communication and documents in one place and is mobile friendly too so I could obsess properly. I had a design in mind and showed some examples but wasn't sure about the cut of stone I wanted, but had super specific ideas about the design. The design consultant worked with me on the details - ring measurements, metals, etc. I could have got a big box store ring for half the price but the design I liked looked mass market made, no finesse in the finishes. Since I'll be looking at this for the rest of my life, god willing, I want it to look at it and not see something that annoys/disappoints me every time (I have friends in that boat). I appreciate that the process is very transparent and that I was involved and approved every single major step. They sent a photo so I could see the cast ring before the stones were set and I noticed an error in a design element that got past their quality review. It didn't match the proposal (which is kept in the portal) and the ring was recast immediately, no questions, no problems. The final product has every every element I wanted executed perfectly and the diamonds are very sparkly. It both matches and sets off my engagement ring perfectly and I can wear it by itself when I need to and still feel sparkly. I am so impressed with the customer service. I'm very happy with the outcome.

Hello! I just wanted to post my experience with CustomMade! I was very nervous at first but I knew I was dead set on a custom piece and their prices seemed more affordable than most other places. I reached out and they worked with me every step of the way! They helped me refine the details of the piece till I found exactly what I wanted and the end result was almost exact to what their 3D rendering was. Delivery time didn’t take very long either and it came in very discreet packaging. My now fiancé had no idea it was hidden in plain sight! I would recommend using CustomMade, they also have a good warranty plan, pretty standard. After a smooth proposal, I think it’s safe to say that CustomMade does a fantastic job!
