I embroidered handkerchiefs for my wedding party, but I would think you could get off fairly inexpensive with these. Dollar tree typically has the purse packs of tissues in a package of 4 or 6 or something for a dollar, and you probably could split each purse pack in two. Then you just need printer paper in your colors and maybe label paper or white paper that's printed to personalize it, then ribbon to snazz it up. I'd bet you could get each one done at about a dollar per package, maybe less depending on what you wanted.

I am making these I will be making about 100 of them. When all is done it will be no more than $20 dlrs. I don't have a picture with me but I can take one when I get home to show you.

Small tissue packets from the dollar tree (8 packs for $1). Each packet has 10 tissues

Glassine Envelopes from amazon or ebay . The only thing is I wish I would've ordered the envelope a little bigger I had to fold the tissue so would fit. It still looks nice. you should order is #3 (4 1/4" x 2 1/2"). They are $6.49 for 100 on amazon . http://www.amazon.com/100-Glassine-Envelopes-3/dp/B0045JAHCS

    Free Business Cards from Vista

Bought little paper flowers in our color from Michaels and added some bling to the flower that was about $5

Used clear double sided tape that I also bought at Michaels to attached the card to envelope and added a glue dot to attached the flower to the business card. I stuffed the envelope with 2 tissues per packet . I am not planning on (CONT)

Sealing the envelope just putting the tip of the envelope inside itself. (if that makes any sense).

PM me if you'd like and I may be able to explain it better.

Here is the link for the tissue packets I used from the dollar store

Thanks for posting this! I want to do it too, but I didn't know what type of envelopes you're supposed to use.

To those that have made the packs, how many did you make? Enough for each guest? I don't want to run out, but I also know that a lot of guests won't take them.

@Mikala, I didn't read @lov3ualways' post well enough -- but since she put the business cards on the outside of the envelope, you could use solid envelopes too. I was envisioning everything being inside the envelope and guests reading the "tears of joy" card through the see-through envelope.

I made them for my ceremony as well. I purchased vellum packets off of ebay used little ribbon around the sides and a free VP business card on the front. Everyone that has seen them has just raved about them! They are really cute and mine were really cheap! I made 100 and spent about $25

What does everyone think of these cards? My colors are black, charcoal, and lavender. The theme is modern fairytale will these cards match?
