I think this will not give the effects desired. If it really worked they wouldn't need to sell it on groupon with slashed prices.

If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. The only way to lose weight is to burn more than you eat, be that through low carb, or Weight Watchers, or just eating less and moving more. I used MyFitnessPal to lose a little over 20 pounds; it's free and there are no foods you can't eat, it just has a huge food database and by weighing what you eat you can stay within your calorie goals. I found it very easy and it's altered my eating habits so that the weight has stayed off, even though I no longer log my food.

The best and healthiest way to loose weight is free eat healthy, cut your calories or do portion control and get out and excercise, it will help you loose weight and it's good for your health!
