Has anyone used Elegant Wedding Invites.com ?

So how long did it take from when you ordered to when you received them?


we still haven’t ordered and we’ll need to send them out by March. I’m kind of freaking out.

But we we should have the order placed by tonight or tomorrow :/

We confirmed our final edit on Jan 26th & they arrive DHL (SIGNATURE REQUIRED) yesterday, Feb 5th. They are good about sending you the tracking info as soon as it ships after printing, which was on Thursday the 1st! So considering it came from China it was pretty fast!

Not sure which design you chose, but if you’re seriously Type A like I am, assembly will take some time! I spent 3.5 hours assembling today & only got 10 fully done, but a lot of pieces & glueing was involved in putting mine together!

Yes I used them for my August 2018 wedding. First let me say I'm a really picky bride who has worked in events for nearly a decade and therefore has pretty high expectations. I have pretty mixed feelings about Elegant Wedding Invitations as a vendor. The quality of the laser-cut invitations is really wonderful and was as beautiful in-person as I hoped it would be. Honestly stuff like this normally costs 2-4x as much so finding this vendor was kindof a godsend as I wanted a really unique wedding invite but didnt want to spend thousands on them. The hiccups I had with this vendor are that they actually send the wrong size envelopes for our invites and our calligrapher (a family member) calligraphered over 100 envelopes only to find out after that the invites wouldnt fit inside. Elegant Wedding Invites quickly sent us the correct size envelopes, but at that point we were unable to get them re-calligraphered. Because of the mess we wound up getting a full refund for our whole order (as they should have) but it was super stressful along the way. In the end, glad I found them and used them as the invitations themselves were stunning and cheap - but beware of small issues with them like envelopes.

the work looks extensive though... is everyone who used them in agreement that it's worth it for the price? I love to save a buck and I'm no stranger to home projects but I have five kids and work 2 jobs so if its exhausting amount if work please advise me... from one bride to another... help lol and thanks

Hey guys, I ordered and they are perfect!!!!

Elegant Wedding Invites is the worst God-awful company I have ever dealt with. They are located in China, so you can only deal with them overnight. They don’t understand half the instructions you give them, so they repeatedly make the same mistakes again and again. Sometimes they will correct one mistake and mess up a whole other part of the invitation. They don’t give you proofs to scale, so you cannot tell how small or large your print is. They don’t show you the edges of the invitation in the proofs, so you cannot tell how close the print will be to the edge. Then, they try to charge you for revisions, in spite of the fact that you have been asking for the same revisions for months. It took so many months for them to get the invitations right, that my invitations ended up going out after the RSVP date. Do not walk, RUN, as fast and as far as you can away from this company.
