Has anyone used Forskolin?

Teresa, on April 1, 2016 at 11:21 AM Posted in Fitness and Health 0 13

So my coworker just showed me an email about Pure Natural Forskolin... there are a lot of magic pills that pop up in emails none of which I have every tried. Has any one tried Forskolin? how did it make you feel? did it actually work?

No, don't waste your money. Exercise and diet. Much better than any pill.

I definitely read this as foreskin at first. Augh. Never heard of it though, but I suggest diet and exercises. Pills don't work.

Scam I know someone that tried it and they charged her bank account over $300 within the first month after she got her "free trial"

A lot of those magic pills are not FDA approved and can have really weird subtle side effects (cramps, headaches, poop probz, etc.). The best & healthiest dieting 'short cut' I've used is to replace a meal with a protein shake.

I tried it. I grew an extra finger. A very small one. Maybe a size 2.5

Haha at foreskin that's pretty funny. and thanks for the feedback Samantha N. I will let her know not to bother. I just read it was primarily used for people w high blood pressure and has a lot of drug interactions. no good

I totally read that wrong at first- clearly I need more coffee. As for this pill (or any similar dieting aids), it's not worth it- they are known for having wicked side effects, and even if you do drop a bit of weight, it won't be in the most healthy or sustainable way. The better bet is to cut out excess sugars and processed foods, keep portions in check, exercise regularly, and stay hydrated- the results might not be as fast as these "magic" pills, but aiming for a reduction of 1-2 lbs a week is proven to have more lasting effects
