Has anyone used The Bouqs Co and did DIY flowers?

Aimee, on May 7, 2017 at 9:34 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 11

Just wondering if anyone has used The Bouqs Co. for their florist and if they used the DIY collection to make their own bouquets/centerpieces. If so- what are your experiences/ thoughts/ pics??

I went to your page and noticed your in florida. I have my florist from Orlando. The coffee Garden. Im so pleased with our talkings and everything.

If you are wanting to stay within a certain budget I would try and reach out to her. Im getting all my flowers for around 7. Im also having a small wedding but still try and reach out.

I'm simply ordering some flowers from them and making a simple bouquet myself. Their flowers are gorgeous.

I would also look at Kukka Flower and Bloominous if you want to DIY - I didn't end up going with them, but almost did. They both had really reasonable prices and can customize any packages.

I am considering doing the pre packaged Bouqs wedding option. I have ordered flowers from them before and always impressed with the quality. The reviews of their wedding packages seem to be good as well, but no way I could DIY all those bouquets 2-3 days before the wedding.

Try Bloominous. They have some beautiful options and very well priced.

I enquired....but (in my case) ended up being the same price as the florist we got a quote from. So, we decided to have someone do it for us...

I would try to compare prices to your local florists as well and also say that it depends what you want. I am planning to do my own centerpieces and to bulk order hydrangeas they are significantly more expensive on any of the online flower places I have found than they would be to get from Sams or Publix locally.

I looked at their wedding catalog and actually ended up ordering from Costco- they were delivered Wednesday before my Saturday wedding, in perfect condition and HALF the price. I actually had soooo many leftover after a bridal bouquet, six bridesmaids, a toss, hand full of boutineers, florals for aisle and tables... The only kicker is that my husbands uncle and partner used to do florals as a business, so they did the actual arranging for free.

I've ordered regular bouquets from them and it was always a good experience / beautiful flowers. Just keep in mind though, how much work do you want to be doing the day before your wedding putting flowers together?

I wouldn't. I have had bad expiernces with them (dead flowers, broken vases, deliveries days late when I paid for rush). Their customer service is also about the worst I've experienced. There is no phone number. You have to email and wait to hear back-- and it's always been a canned response from someone who clearly did not read the email. Super unhelpful company and I wouldn't trust them with wedding flowers. Try a local florist or sam's/ Costco/ fifth flowers. All of these have great reputations.
