Has anyone used Vista Print for wedding invitations?

marisol, on April 1, 2018 at 3:48 PM Posted in Community Conversations 0 20

Hey everyone,

I am looking into using Vista Print for my invitations. Any good or bad experiences with Vista?

Also I started editing my invitations and Im not sure which size font to use for my heading (bride and groom) and my wedding info such as venue, location etc. Which size font did you use?

Thanks everyone!

We used Vista Print and just selected one of their premade templates. We actually ordered, Save the Dates, Invitations and RSVP's. They shipped very fast and I'm extremely happy with it all.

We used Vista print twice now, due to some changes. I'm fairly pleased with them for the price and they shipped quickly. We picked one of their templates and followed their guidelines. I had to downsize the font for my last name but that's the only thing I changed.

I used them for our STDs and will use them for invitations as well. I was pretty happy with the quality and they came quickly. I'm using one of their templates. Are you planning on making your own, and that's why you're unsure about font size?

My sister did the invites to my shower and the wedding. I found a template that I loved on their site but it didn’t have a matching RSVP because it wasn’t in the “wedding” section. I called to ask them what options I had. Within 5 minutes they had a matching RSVP card tamplate in the “my projects” section of my account! They also were super quick in printing and sending them out. I got so many compliments and they were inexpensive. I suggest getting them when they have their sales (which happen pretty regularly).

    I used them.
No issues invites came out cute.
I got the tropical print with pink/orange flowers. Can’t attach pic because on mobile there’s no pic adding.

But ive used vista print in the past for my photography business cards, advertising material for my real estate biz etc.

I added tropical leaf print washi tape to my exterior white envelope and opted for a green RSVP card envelope.

We used Vistaprint, and the first batch of invitations didn't come out completely ledgible, though the computer image shows that it is. I contacted customer support and described the issue, send both a screenshot of the proof, and a picture of what actually got made. They got back to me quickly, readjusted the invitations, reprinted and shipped to me at no extra charge. Just because of how well they handled this situation, I would recommend them for inexpensive invitations.

I used Vistaprint and overall was happy. I used a template but customized it with different font. I wasn’t psyched with how thin the envelopes were, but whatever, they were cheap and did the job!

Loved them! Used a discount code to get a great deal around Black Friday, the process to design using a template was easy, and they delivered quickly. I would absolutely recommend them.

I just ordered mine last night! I've used Vistaprint for years for just about every printing need and I've never had an issue with them. They are inexpensive and reliable. They always send exactly what is in the proof. Beware though, they don't have anyone that looks over your proof like smaller print shops. If there is a typo and you don't catch it, nobody else will either. The invitations are pretty basic though so I would recommend upgrading the paper or adding some embellishments. Personally, I ordered a pocket fold to glue the invitation to and colored envelopes (they provide plain white ones) just to make them a little fancier.

I ordered mine from Vistaprint. Love them! I used one of their templates & changed some wording. When I got them, I thought the ink color was too light. I emailed customer service. Within 24 hours they replied with a proof of a darker shade of ink. They replaced the invites, detail cards & RSVPs at no charge & sent rush delivery. I used them for various things for my wedding & I have been thrilled with everything.

I used vista print for std and invites. I dropped the ball on caring and when the invites came in I hated everything about them. I messaged customer service and they replaced them for free and gave me a credit-when they didn’t have to. Everything really fell on me and not them. Excellent customer service and nice quality.

I designed my own on Publisher, and they turned out great! I used the premium matte paper. The colors were bright, and the invites were cut exactly as I lay them out.

I didn't use them for our invites, but I did for our rehearsal dinner invites. They came out beautiful and were shipped quickly. You have to play around with their "personalization" until you get it the way you want.
