Yes, but with a florist. After the initial consult, 2.5 weeks went by without contact. When I contacted the florist, we scheduled two video meetings. After the meetings, I was told that we would receive a proposal to see if we wanted to work together. Like your potential wedding planner, the florist was also nice and it seemed things were going well until I did not hear from the florist again. It has now been a month. After a couple of weeks went by, I no longer was interested in contacting the florist like I did the first time. So, I decided to find someone else. This person has been great with responding in a timely manner and is a better communicator. Sometimes when working with a potential vendor, it may sound great at the beginning, but with time, they will show their true colors. It may be disappointing at first, but maybe that door was meant to be closed in order for you to find a better wedding planner. Don't waste anymore energy on the wedding planner that seems to forget how to use forms of communication and direct your energy on what you need.
