Hashtag help!

I am soo lacking on my creativity here. We need some help without hashtag! My name is Caroline Culwell and his name is Charlie Partridge. I feel like there is so much potential with the names Caroline and the name Partridge but I just cant quite put my finger on it... we'll even have the same initials now! Help!

    Hey Caroline,

    My first thought is to figure out what your theme is, and what things you and your fiance have in common. Are you planning to take your fiance's name?

    Your theme can help guide the hashtag or you can use things that you all do together. Are you hikers? do you love to cook together? What hobbies do you share? Then go from there.

    That might help with rhyming something or doing a C-C-C or P-P type of hashtag.
