hate my hair trial

So, I went with the Spa at the resort in which we’re getting married, thinking that it would be super easy to just spend the day with my girls at the spa before our evening wedding. Well, there’s only two women who do hair at the spa, and both would be doing all of our hair and makeup (theres 7 of us total). So I paid for the hair and makeup trial... 156$. Which would’ve been more, but their gun for the airbrush broke down.... and my makeup wasn’t so bad.. just a lot which I’m not used to. But the hair didn’t come out like I wanted at all. I felt like she used too much product, and yes, though it was secured and stayed, I explained to her that I curl my hair on a daily basis and it holds a curl without hairspray, all day. I showed her a picture off of Pinterest, which is attached and she gave me something completely different. My hair was super stiff, and very frizzy. The worst part other than the price, was that it took 1.45 minutes for my hair and an hour for my makeup. At first i thought maybe the rushed it because it was just a trial, until i realized how long i was there for. So, Ive recently decided to go with a mobile hair dresser and makeup artist, that has 10 girls and 190 five star reviews on wedding-wire. All my other vendors were review based. I just feel bad cancelling now at the spa, especially because i have a massage scheduled the day begore the wedding and I’m afraid I’ll have to see the two hair dressers. All my girls asked me MY opinion before telling me their opinion. So I knew it wasn’t good.
