Have done things a little backwards....

Mme & fh have been together for almost 4 years I have 2 children from a previous relationship and he has 1and we have 1 together ages 1/4/4/7. My son is the oldest he will be a jr. groomsmen my middle child and his son are the same age and will be the fg & rb (that's if the mother willlet him be in the wedding) and I'm not for sure just yet what our 1 yr old daughter will do just yet. Also when it is time to light the unity candle instead of it jus being fh & i, it will be all 6 of us lighting the candle.

Indeed you are not the only one me and FH have been together for 5 years and also did the baby(Our daughter is 6 months old),the house, and now the wedding. Backwards is not always the wrong way to do it i think you must go through somethings' 1st in order to know 150% if that's the person you want to spend forever with. But we are including our daughter in the ceremony with a unity candle lighting

Well my cousin got married yesterday and her 4 year old was the ring bearer and her 2 year old wouldn't walk down the aisle but still it was beautiful. She also used her nephew has a Junior groomsmen and her nieces one has a junior bridemaid and the other the flower girl
