I would reach out to your venue & vendors ASAP to see if they could accommodate a reschedule to October. I know a lot of them are booking into 2023 already, so you won’t want to wait on contacting them.

If you are not set on a certain location, you can probably find something for October. Otherwise, Id say its pretty unlikely

I think it’s doable. However, secure your venue first. Talk to your top vendors for photographers, florist if they’re available. I won’t announce until you have your venue. I was engaged in February 2021, secured our venue in March and that’s when we sent save the date for our wedding on 12/4/21.

I’m finding that the answer is pretty regional. I started planning in august and couldn’t get a Sept 2022 date at the venue I wanted, so we’re doing June 2023. My friend started to plan last month and was able to get an October 2022 date in another state. If the area has a pretty long wedding season, you may be fine, but I’d connect with some key vendors on their availability before signing a venue deposit for a particular date.
