Yes, 2x so far and when I realize it isn't on my finger, I know exactly where it is but it makes me sad not to have it on.

Totally guilty. Then I panicked and thought it fell off. Even though I put it in same place all the time.

Guilty. Once when I first got engaged but currently that hasn’t been an issue. It’s out for cleaning and repair now and I feel soooo naked without it.

I forget all the time ahha. It's kind of annoying to wear actually. I take it off immediately when I'm home because it's cumbersome but once I get my wedding ring I'll wear it all the time

Yes but I would then run back and go get it before I left the house. Now I never take it off

Im guilty of not wearing my ring! I’ve had it for a year now and every now and again I won’t wear it if I go out in the field (I’m an environmental scientist) or whenever I feel like going bare-handed. I did buy a cheap little band to wear when I want to wear something simpler!

    Yes, but here is why:

I am a jeweler, and I understand the importance of removing your jewelry when you sleep, clean, workout, or do other heavy activity. I wear it when I am out and about, but yes I have forgotten it, and also purposefully left it behind. Let me explain. We were going on vacation for 2 weeks on the beach, and I have heard so many traumatic stories where someone says, "I can't believe I lost my ring on vacation." So I left mine at home and wore a temporary copper ring, which ended up leaving a green ring around my finger after a week. So may silver would work better for a temporary solution. Many people, upon us telling them we were engaged, were crazily perplexed at my decision to leave my ring at home...I am not about to lose my most precious possession to the ocean like in Titanic! But people judged me, and us, for it while we were on vacation, which made me feel horrible. I have good photos on my phone of them, but I was also trying to stay off my phone during this time for obvious reasons!!

Anyway, I have some solutions for people who tend to lose their rings: keep a jar with a lid in every bathroom (far away from any sink, toilet, or drain hole) so you can store your jewelry safely when you go anywhere. Also buy a small safe to keep somewhere in your home when you leave for vacation. Some jewelers may even be able to arrange for you to leave trusted items with your jeweler to be kept in their safe, and cleaned in the meantime.

Guilty! My jeweler had told me to take my ring off at night to keep the prongs in good condition, and there has been a few occasions where I forget to put it on in the morning. I also take it off when I do dishes and have left the house forgetting to put it back on.

Nope, if ever not wearing it it's when we are doing dirty yard work or working on the truck.

Innocent, bc the jewelry store must be getting it from a foreign land as it hasn’t even arrived yet! Smiley cry

I have to take it off for sports and the gym. I feel naked without it. Thankfully, I have a Qalo ring, which helps. To answer the question; yes. Sometimes, I mistakenly leave it on top of an old wicker laundry basket (on the lid). I put it there when I shower. The first time he noticed it, he did get upset. He thought I wasn't taking good care of it. I assured him that I was, that it wasn't going anywhere and that I knew exactly where it was.
