We're doing a ton of DIY, and so far it's going smoothly, BUT there's a lot of stuff we have yet to start putting together! I've finished my earrings and that's about it. My bouquet is mostly finished, but I don't want to get into completing it till we get the rest of the flowers for everyone else, so there's a cohesive look. We got the rest of the materials for that today, and the flowers are on their way from Amazon or eBay or wherever I ended up finding them (so organized, lol), so I'll probably tackle the rest of the floral next.

We have yet to start hanging stars and stained glass stars for the tables, or our runners. (My mom is a literal art genius, so she's doing the stained glass stars herself.) Obviously table numbers and place cards have to wait till we get our final count back from RSVPs. We're going to do my veil ourselves--very easy since I want a plain or just a little sparkle embellishment toss-over veil. I think my mom is anticipating doing her dress as well, but I think THAT is stretching it a little bit! I hope we find something good for her so she doesn't feel the urge to attempt to make that herself. She is also doing our cake! We got SO lucky to find a venue that's letting us do that. THAT is what she's going to be freaking out about last-minute, so I REALLY hope she doesn't try to do her own dress last-minute as well!

Crafting is very therapeutic for me, thankfully! Otherwise, I don't think I would have attempted so much DIY among all the other planning duties.
