SO, after my cousin whom I'm really close with told me about the HCG Diet the other day, I was really interested. I've never done an actual DIET, just ate smart and exercised from time to time. But since I've got 40 lbs of baby weight to lose before August I knew I needed to do something with rules. My cousin is 36 and has had 3 children, all by c-sections so it makes it hard to lose weight. And in the past 26 days, she has lost 22 lbs! I was like.... if I could just lose 20 lbs before my wedding, I'd die of happiness. WELL it's an extreme diet with these expensive drops you need to take (That are very healthy - not a drug kind of thing) and a 500 calorie limit a day. Yep, thats right. 500 calories. AND you're limited to what you can eat - obviously. Anyway, I started it today and my meals consisted of a handful of strawberries for breakfast, 4oz of chicken and a handful of green beans for lunch, a salad a couple hours later, then dinner of 4oz of chicken and green beans again. --->
