Headpiece?

Has anyone ever used anything other than a headpiece or veil for their wedding? I'm on the fence about a veil in general because my dress is a shiny silver which to me will be hard to match in a veil color. I have thought about doing flowers, but my dress is very simple so I figured blinging it out a little would be nice. The back of my dress is open so I am hoping to do an updo that is messy with curls and braids. I am open to every and all suggestions, thanks in advance!

I went to party city and found a sparkle tiara which it’s not going to be a lot to take away from my dress which the top of it sparkles I wouldn’t wear a lot on your head you don’t want it to take away from your pretty dress. So maybe a tiara and pretty sparkle jewelry. I’m wearing the tiara and I also got a veil. So once the veil comes off my tiara won’t take away from my dress. 👍🏻

If you do want a veil I have seen a few with shinny silvery lace flowers around it. I have seen people not use veils or anything and still look bridal and beautiful.

Honestly, I think a veil would look PERFECT with your dress! It’s so regal, it practically screams for a tiara/headpiece and veil! I don’t think you would have to match the veil color to the dress color, but there are tons of veils available in platinum. Maybe something like this?...
