Hebeos

I am following this because I have seen dresses on there that I liked, but know no one who has ordered from them. I would like to see the answers you get.

Following as well. I’ve been looking at reviews and everything seems legit so far. Would love to hear someone’s story

@Heather @Jennifer I googled them the other day for reviews and there were a lot of good ones and some bad, so I wanted to ask and see if anyone on here has reviews or any input.

They have gorgeous dresses that fit what I want and they have fantastic prices, which is what kind of worries me... their prices and the fact it's online.

I am in the same boat. The dresses look gorgeous, but I tend to be a skeptic.

I've seen the dresses and have liked several, I have read several reviews though that say it's a scam....I would look into it more and if your really tempted to buy, buy a really cheap dress (casual) and when it comes in compare it to the one listed online. That's what I would do

Following. I think the idea of first buying a casual dress is the way to go.

Following as well, every dress I like is on their website. Well majority.

Did a cursory search on google for ‘hebeos complaints’ and it was pages long.

Ordered 2 dresses yesterday. Been trying to get in touch with them to change size. No responses. Kinds scared it’s a scam. Have anybody ever gotten an order in from them?

My fiancé and I have had a TERRIBLE experience with Heleos. They sent her a wedding dress that does not fit and after countless e-mails back and forth, including her having to send them a ton of photos showing it not fitting, they have refused to give her a refund. They’ve also been incredibly rude and condescending throughout the whole process and we’re just out the $150. They’ve just been absolutely horrible to try to deal with.

PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE - IT IS A SCAM.

We are in the process of fighting with them over dresses received that are inferior fakes of the dresses they feature on their website. As you will see from some of the other reviews above and on other websites, Hobeos is a 'bait and switch' scam, and they will fight you and your credit card company to the end in regard to releasing funds. Their return policy is loose and worded so they can manipulate the credit card company policies and hold your funds. Pay more and get more...this company is a flat out scam. Look up their reviews on SiteJabber to see hundreds of similar cases like ours.
