Hebos

Hebos is NOT an option! I ordered a $150 dress from them online. The dress i received was a cheap, ugly, poorly made knock-off from the dress pictured on their website. My dress was made of some very cheap material that caused my skin to break out when i tried it on. When i tried to return it two days after receiving it, i was told that i would only be given a 15% refund AND I had to pay return shipping. Many emails back and forth and I was given very tacky, broken English responses! They are a fraud!!!!!
