Heels, Sneakers, or Both?

What will you be wearing on your wedding day? Heels, Sneakers, or Both?

I would love to change into flats or sneakers! I am wearing 2 inch heels for the ceremony. But I am very worried about the heel difference and then tripping because I stepped on the dress! How are you girls dealing with this?

That was definitely a concern for me too so I just held my dress up when I walked during the reception. My husband and I still stepped on it a few times throughout the night 😂

I always wore stilettos until my seizures got worse and began effecting my balance sooo we all decided tht we would wear custom Converse for the wedding since I could no longer wear heels and I’m limited to the types of shoes I can wear now bc of the neuropathy- this will be a fun and cute idea I think plus the pics will be super cute

I'm sorry to hear about your medical conditions. You'll definitely look beautiful in your custom Converses.

I live for high heels. As a shorty, my lowest heels are 3.5” (which is what I wore on my wedding day). I was excited to wear a crazy pump (wanted to do 5” so I was closer to my husband’s height) but I got ruthlessly bullied by my sister, mom, bridal consultants, and a few seamstresses. I still regret not going for a higher heel.

My advice to the engaged friends: wear what makes you feel confident and comfortable. Don’t let your BP or consultants sway you.

I was just in a wedding on Sunday and had to wear sneakers because I recently had spine surgery. Sneakers/flat shoes are so much more popular and they have super cute options! So excited to see your BAM ❤️

That what's my Bridal Party is doing. At first, I told them Chucks with Rhinestones. After today, we are doing heels for the Ceremony and then Chucks for the Reception. I'm wearing heels and then Yoga slippers(Non Slip) that my friend (Matron Of Honor) is blinging out.

I think that is a great idea. Few brides want to stay in their heels all night.

I'm wearing flats for sure. I don't wear heels except once a year or so and it's hilarious. Btw...I'm only 5'1 and my fiance is 5'10 but I love our height difference.
