Hellofresh with Bed Bath and Beyond?

I keep getting Hellofresh gift cards when my Bed Bath and Beyond registries come to my house. One of them was from FH's great aunt who definitely does not know about it. Does anyone know if Hellofresh is connected to Bed Bath and Beyond?

I'm definitely not complaining, I love Hellofresh! Just curious about why I keep getting the gift cards

It's something BBB throws in the boxes, they must have some contract with HelloFresh. I got a lot of them too, and a couple SPCA donation flyers as well
