Help! : bachelorette party location!

Ccsquared, on January 8, 2020 at 4:51 PM Posted in Parties and Events 0 4
I’m having a hard time deciding where to go for my bachelorette! We will be traveling from NY at the end of April/ beginning of May and I’m considering Austin, TX or somewhere in FL. What are good places in Fl for fun, beach, party, dancing etc.! Also, thoughts on Austin would be appreciated as well! TIA!

We went to Austin recently, and loved it. I'd stay downtown for sure. There is so much to do. So many restaurants, bars & clubs!

As long as your bridal party is cool with traveling and has agreed upon a budget for everything, I'd let them plan. If they're sort of asking this question through you, there are some fun places in Fort Lauderdale that aren't ask crowded as most of Miami and still have a fun, beachy feel!

We went to Austin and absolutely loved it!!

We stayed in an airbnb close to downtown, which was very reasonably priced and a quick uber ride to the restaurants and bars. There were several great "speakeasy" type bars that made more intricate cocktails so we would normally stop there first for a "fancy" drink before hitting the town for dinner and additional clubs/bars. The Mexican food is AMAZING and there's everything from Honky Tonk style bars to a more club/dancing atmosphere.

During the day we went to a yoga class, walked around downtown, walked the trails by Lady Bird Lake, visited Voodoo Donuts and had a total blast. There are areas where you can visit natural hot springs and lazy tube down the river, but it was too cold when we went for some of the water activities Smiley smile
