I've always had issues with my lips being chapped. I'm constantly putting Vaseline on them at night and chapstick on them throughout the day, but I'm not sure if that's helping or hurting! I'm to the point where I can't ever even wear lipstick (which used to be my favorite go to makeup) because it will just flake off and look gross. I GIVE UP! Any suggestions would be great! With engagement parties, bridal showers, and a wedding coming up I want this issue solved before it's forever documented lol

I exfoliate my lips and it helps so much! I mix Brown sugar with a little bit of honey to make a sticky scrub and scrub away!

Hydrate with water first! Make sure your drinking a TON of water! Don't lick your lips!! And then slather on Aquaphor before bed.

Maybe a heavy coating of carmex frequently during the day will help.

Ok. saw this post a while ago but didn't say anything because I have the same problem and hadn't found a solution. Ever since I started working at my current company the dry will not stop. I'm not dehydrated. Burts bees, chapstick, blistex, lip medex, aquaphor and exfoliating was not working for me. Last night I gave Lysine lip ointment a shot and my lips feel like lips for the first time in about a year. You can get it on Amazon for a couple bucks and its more than worth it. Seriously. I found your post just to tell you haha

Water! I had the same issue and would constantly have to switch up my lip balms. Then finally, someone told me that chapped lips are a symptom of dehydration. I don't know why I never put two and two together. Once you start drinking a lot more water you'll notice a huge difference.

I have been using this natural red tinted lip balm and it's super moisturizing and has a cute packaging.

I get cracked lips even with keeping hydrated. I've tried most of the popular brands of lip balms and the only one that worked for me was Palmer's cocoa butter. By the end of the first day of using it, there's a dramatic difference.

I had same problem dry lips and tried all types of remedies and finally was suggested by my cosmetologist to use under eye cream. I use

    Chanel Sublimage La

Creme Yeux Eye Cream very expensive, but I purchased on EBay sample size and my lips were normal on day 3. I was applying very tiny drop 4 times a day.
